Mixed Feelings About This Hotel. Staff Needs Improvement
unwelcoming staff unsafe neighborhood
The staff during check-in were not cute at all. They acted like helping me was a burden, and I found this quite frustrating. the neighborhood felt unsafe, especially when returning at night. People loitered near the entrance, causing some concern.

SUPER Stay near the Gare de l'Est!
convenient location relaxing atmosphere comfortable bed
I found the hotel's location convenient, as it is directly connected to the Gare de l'Est train station. The design is modern and sleek. My room was compact BUT well designed, very clean, and featured a comfortable bed. I will stay here again.
The gym is a let down for the amount of rooms it has. NONE of the equipment works properly either.

The breakfast included delicious yoghurt alongside a variety of tasty granola options. IT was an AMAZING way to start the day. A 24-hour snack area provided hot drinks, cakes, and nuts.

breakfast selection broken machine
the location near the station was convenient for my travel.
the breakfast selection was disappointing. i expected a wider variety of breads and cheeses, especially in france. the gym was also poorly equipped, with only three machines and a broken rowing machine.
